今年的亞馬遜賣(mài)家,大部分都感覺(jué)到前所未有的壓力,老賣(mài)家感到因?yàn)橘u(mài)家群體增加,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,產(chǎn)品售價(jià)降低,且旺季不旺,新賣(mài)家感覺(jué)到經(jīng)營(yíng)中并沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)別人口中的高利潤(rùn)和高銷(xiāo)量。
如果僅僅是賣(mài)家彼此之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)層面上的壓力,倒也有可以通過(guò)優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈方面來(lái)提升自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,可是,有相當(dāng)一部分賣(mài)家卻是在經(jīng)歷著生死劫。繼鬼節(jié)亞馬遜突然出招凍結(jié)大批賬號(hào)之后,最近幾天,又有不少賣(mài)家收到下面這封郵件:
You may no longer sell on Amazon.com because of rights owner complaints about items that infringe their intellectual property rights.
Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.
Please email pq-review@amazon.com with the following supporting documents:
-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide a complete set of documentation to prove a valid supply chain.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
-- Any additional details you would like us to know.
You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
If you do not send the required documents within 17 days, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.

在郵件中,亞馬遜告知賣(mài)家,因?yàn)橛锌蛻?hù)投訴賣(mài)家銷(xiāo)售的商品侵權(quán),賣(mài)家的銷(xiāo)售權(quán)限將被移除, 如果賣(mài)家需要申訴,需要提供90天內(nèi)的采購(gòu)單據(jù)、發(fā)票等,如果賣(mài)家自己不是品牌商,需要出具授權(quán)書(shū)和代理合同等證明,如果賣(mài)家自己是品牌商,需要提供商標(biāo)注冊(cè)證書(shū),營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照或注冊(cè)人身份證等,以上材料必須在17天內(nèi)提供,否則將被永久移除銷(xiāo)售權(quán)限。
面對(duì)這封郵件,很多賣(mài)家既驚愕又無(wú)奈,本來(lái)用心經(jīng)營(yíng)的賬號(hào),卻偏偏遭遇這么一遭。
但不管怎么說(shuō),對(duì)于遭遇此種情況的賣(mài)家,還是需要認(rèn)真分析積極應(yīng)對(duì)的,畢竟,亞馬遜此次封號(hào)事件,在一定程度上是批量進(jìn)行的,難免有一些賬號(hào)屬于躺槍?zhuān)蛘咔楣?jié)輕微資料齊全可以救活的。
對(duì)于正經(jīng)歷此事件的賣(mài)家,老魏我能夠給出的建議就是,盡可能全面的提供上述資料,盡量真誠(chéng)且詳盡的寫(xiě)明自己的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,然后以完備的申訴資料去申訴。
對(duì)于所有的賣(mài)家,我們應(yīng)該看到事件背后的深層原因,當(dāng)原本以?xún)?yōu)質(zhì)可靠著稱(chēng)的亞馬遜平臺(tái)被各種Made in China的品質(zhì)良莠不齊的貨品所充斥,當(dāng)越來(lái)越多的亞馬遜老用戶(hù)開(kāi)始用腳投票出走亞馬遜,平臺(tái)祭出整頓的大旗也是在所難免,雖然在整頓難免會(huì)有錯(cuò)傷,但從平臺(tái)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展來(lái)看,這樣的措施還是必要的。
遭遇暫時(shí)受限的賬號(hào),賣(mài)家要盡量申訴,而沒(méi)有遭遇此劫的賣(mài)家,也不要幸災(zāi)樂(lè)禍,老魏我相信這樣的整頓僅僅只是開(kāi)始,后續(xù)亞馬遜還會(huì)繼續(xù)排查整頓,所以,亞馬遜賣(mài)家一定要提高警惕,誠(chéng)信經(jīng)營(yíng),遠(yuǎn)離刷單,遠(yuǎn)離侵權(quán),更是要遠(yuǎn)離黑科技,當(dāng)你在自認(rèn)為安全的作弊的時(shí)候,一定不要忘了,亞馬遜除了是一家購(gòu)物平臺(tái)之外,更是一家大數(shù)據(jù)分析公司,你的作弊難逃其咎。
