We ship returns only to you, your warehouse, your supplier, or your distributor. In addition, the following restrictions apply:

既然兩種方式都可以實現(xiàn)同樣的目的,為什么很多賣家有時候會悄悄的在給客戶補發(fā)時、在給B2B客戶寄樣時、在為其他平臺的訂單發(fā)貨時會選擇創(chuàng)建移除訂單的方式呢?核心就在于兩者的費用差。

以標準件的小產(chǎn)品為例,如果創(chuàng)建移除訂單的方式從FBA倉庫中移除出來一個產(chǎn)品,平時的費用只是0.30美金而已,有時候亞馬遜還會為了鼓勵大家移除出來一些滯銷庫存和不可售庫存,甚至會免收移除費;與此同時,如果同樣一個標準件的小產(chǎn)品,采用創(chuàng)建多渠道配送的方式發(fā)貨,普通的發(fā)貨方式,亞馬遜收取的費用則高達5.49美金左右。兩相對比,不難看出其費用差別之大。

正是因為兩種方式的費率有如此大的差距,所以有些賣家就鉆亞馬遜的空子,把一些本應該采用創(chuàng)建多渠道配送的訂單,采用創(chuàng)建移除訂單的方式發(fā)貨,以此來節(jié)省費用。甚至還有賣家采用把貨物備貨至FBA倉庫,然后在其他平臺銷售,如果賣出了,就采用創(chuàng)建移除訂單的方式給客戶發(fā)貨,成本又低,時效還不錯。

但亞馬遜畢竟也不是吃素的,亞馬遜的防作弊系統(tǒng)如果發(fā)現(xiàn)某個賣家有大批量的訂單采用創(chuàng)建移除訂單的方式發(fā)往不同的地址,亞馬遜甚至會直接取消這些訂單的發(fā)貨,還會像上文中的郵件一樣,警告賣家,要求賣家寫出整改計劃,否則甚至會移除賣家的銷售權(quán)限。

創(chuàng)建多渠道配送訂單:

  • 時效快(亞馬遜系統(tǒng)接到多渠道配送的訂單,會和正常的訂單一樣處理,3-7天左右,派送到客戶手上);
  • 費用高(最低從5.49美金起,根據(jù)重量的不同,費用也不相同);
  • 每次發(fā)貨相對會根據(jù)訂單數(shù)量一次配送完整數(shù)量(偶爾也可能因為倉庫存量的問題而不完全配齊);

 

適用于賣家期望貨物能夠快速到達目的地的訂單,包括為消費者補貨、為B2B客戶寄樣,為其他訂單的客戶配送等情況。

創(chuàng)建移除訂單:

  • 時效慢(按照亞馬遜平臺的說明,一般來說,移除訂單需要10-30天的配送時間,如果FBA倉庫比較忙,這個時效有可能更長;
  • 費用低(低至0.3美金,甚至可能因為促銷而直接免費移除);
  • 無論賣家申請的移除數(shù)量多少,F(xiàn)BA倉都可能會根據(jù)不同倉的庫存數(shù)量,對產(chǎn)品進行分批派送;

 

適用于賣家想將一些被下架Listing的庫存、不可售庫存等移除出FBA倉時來操作。
